Most orders ship in 1-3 business days. If an item is not in stock, ship times could be longer. In the case of a back order, you will be notified and given the option of keeping the back order, or canceling the order. If you are concerned about the availability of an item, please email us prior to ordering. We will be happy to check the availability for you prior to you placing an order. If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled, it must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If an order is cancelled after the 24 hour cancellation period, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount. $99 free shipping promotion does not apply to oversize items such as wheels, tires and handlepoles.
